- 1 egg
- 10 tablespoons flour (mix of rye, buckwheat and barley)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons crushed flax seeds
- 1,5 dl mineral water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
First whisk the egg, then add mineral water and oil, and then flax, flour and baking powder. Pour into molds for muffins (do not overfill). Put in preheated oven and bake on 220 degrees about 20 minutes. In a meantime cook the eggs, cool them and cut. Fill your muffins with butter, ham, cooked egg and rocket salad.
