- 3 eggs
- 1 handful of bran (rye or oat)
- 1 piece of bacon
- 4 – 5 olives
- pinch of sea salt
First chop bacon into cubes and fry it little. Remove and leave to cool. In a meantime whisk the eggs and add bran. Then add chopped bacon and chopped olives and pinch of salt. Heat the fat remained of the bacon and pour the mixture in it. You’ll get thick pancake. Cover and fry from both sides few minutes. Cut in four pieces and make sandwich of them.
