Buns With Butter And Chive


  • 100 g spelt flour + little more
  • 50 g buckwheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried chive
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1,2 dl mineral water
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Mix flours, salt, baking powder and chive. Add mineral water and 2/3 melted butter. Stir with the spoon. Put the dough on the floured working surface and knead the dough just to not be sticky. It should be really soft. Form the buns and put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Grease them with the rest of melted butter and sprinkle per your wish (coarse sea salt, caraway, sesame…). Bake in preheated oven about 15 to 20 minutes on 210 degrees.
