Rolled Pie With Mushrooms


  • 500 g buckwheat phyllo
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • chopped parsley
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 ml sour milk
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • pepper per taste


Whisk the eggs using hand mixer, add sour milk, oil, baking powder and little salt. Leave to rest. In a meantime fry chopped onion on oil and little water, add chopped mushrooms and cook until evaporates excess water. Spice with chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Take one sheet of phyllo dough and sprinkle with oil. Put another sheet over it and put some filling you prepared of eggs and sour milk and coat whole surface. Put from above third sheet, and coat again with the same filling, then put forth sheet and put on the edge filling of mushrooms and roll up. Do the same with the rest of phyllo sheets. Arrange them into baking tray and grease with mixture of oil and water or with the remaining filling. Bake on 200 degrees about 40 minutes.

If you’re in restriction you can replace whole eggs with egg whites.
