  • 300 g chicken meat
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 cooked egg yolks
  • sea salt, pepper, oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 or 1/4 lemon


Put everything in the blender and mix well. As there are not many liquid things, you will need to open the blender a couple of times and lower the mixture to the bottom with a spoon, and then blend again. If you have a little chicken broth, it could speed up the matter.
