Quinoa With Eggs And Red Peppers


  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/3 leek
  • sea salt, pepper


Wash quinoa before use, put in a saucepan, pour three times more water, let to cook few minutes, remove from the stove, cover and leave to swallow. In a meantime chop leek and red pepper and fry it little on olive oil and water. When is done, add cooked quinoa and spice with salt and pepper. Then add whipped eggs and it’s ready in two minutes. It’s some kind of scrambled eggs with quinoa.
