Millet Muffins With Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cooked millet
  • 4 – 5 eggs
  • 150 g ham
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 250 g Feta cheese (optionally)

Preparation

Whisk the eggs and add other ingredients in it. Fill molds for muffins with prepared mixture and press per one cherry tomato in each. Put in preheated oven and bake about 20 minutes on 210 degrees.
