Leek And Wild Garlic Pie


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sour milk
  • 150 g flour (rye, buckwheat and millet)
  • 3 full teaspoons pork fat
  • 1 leek (app. 200 g)
  • 1 bunch of wild garlic
  • sea salt, pepper
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1,5 dl mineral water


First wash leek well, chop them and fry on a little pork fat and little water. At the end add little salt and pepper and leave to cool. In a meantime mix in one bowl all dry ingredients. In other bowl whisk egg whites, add sour milk and pork fat and mix well and add dry ingredients in it. Finaly add fried leek and chopped wild garlic and mineral water. If you like more spices add them: oregano, basil, dill…whatever you want. Pour mixture into baking dish covered with baking paper and bake about 20 minutes on 220 degrees.
