Fasting Balls With Sesame


  • 130 g rye flour
  • 20 g oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1,5 – 2 dl mineral water
  • sesame for rolling


Mix all dry ingredients, then add mineral water and stir. You’ll get thick mixture which you can roll with your hands. If not thick enough for rolling add more flour. Form balls with wet hands and roll each in sesame. Arrange them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and put in preheated oven. Bake them on 210 degrees about 10 minutes. Consume with some spread or sauce.
