Delicious Bread I


  • 200 g integral flour (rye, spelt and barley)
  • 200 ml mineral water
  • handful chopped olives
  • 2 teaspoons caraway + for sprinkling
  • coarse sea salt for sprinkling
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt


First mix in a bowl flours, baking powder, salt and caraway and mix well. Then add olive oil and mineral water and stir using spoon. Remove from the bowl with wet hands and form loaf on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Grease with little olive oil and sprinkle with caraway and coarse sea salt. Bake in preheated oven about 20 minutes on 210 degrees.
