Pizza Muffins


  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour (mix of rye and buckwheat)
  • 220 ml mineral water
  • 150 g olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 50 g grated hard cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 50 g chopped ham
  • 50 g chopped bacon
  • tomato sauce


First chop bacon and fry it little. Then chop the rest of ingredients. If you’re in restriction instead of hard cheese you can use mozzarella or make this muffins without cheese. Instead of cheese you can add some chopped mushrooms. Whisk the eggs, add mineral water and oil. In other bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder and oregano. Then add dry ingredients into wet. When mix everything add chopped ham, bacon and cheese and stir all. Pour into molds for muffins and put in preheated oven. Bake about 20 minutes on 200 degrees. When baked put on top of each little tomato sauce.
