- 2 hake fillets (or more depending on number of persons)
- little turmeric
- little curry
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch of sea salt
Drain hake fillets if they were frozen. Mix in a bowl turmeric, curry and olive oil. Take care when you’re working with turmeric. Use silicone brush to avoid that and finally rub spices into fish. Put them in heated pan and fry from both sides (you can put little olive oil). Serve with zucchini and leek puree.
