  • 1 small onion
  • 1 dl red wine
  • 2 teaspoons pork fat
  • little lemon juice
  • little olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves

Tenderize beef sirloin steaks using meat mallet. Rub spices into meat and little olive oil and leave in the fridge for two hours. Heat the pork fat in the frying pan and briefly fry meat (per two minutes from each side). While frying chip the onion into ribs, red peppers into circles and garlic into thin slices. Remove steaks from the pan, add onion and when start changing color add peppers and cook about five minutes, then add garlic. When garlic starts to smell, add red wine and put steaks back into pan and cook for another five minutes occasionally turning the meat to absorb as much of the sauce.
