Leek Triangles

Ingredients

  • 4 sheets of buckwheat filo pastry
  • 300 g leek
  • pinch or two of pepper
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons pork fat
  • little water

Preparation

Arrange sheets of filo pastry one over the other, then fold them four times and cut to get four equal strips. Chop leek and fry little on one teaspoon pork fat and little water. When soften a bit add pepper, salt and garlic powder and fry for more one minute. Melt one teaspoon of pork fat with little water in some dish. Grease each strip with prepared dilution and then fill each with prepared filling. Put some filling on the corner of the strip, then fold that part to get triangle. Then again fold it up and arrange triangles to the top. When you finish with making triangles, arrange them into baking dish covered with baking paper, grease each with the mixture of the pork fat and water and put in preheated oven. Bake on 200 degrees until get nice golden yellow color.
