Oat With Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1/3 chili pepper (if you prefer hot)
  • 1/3 bunch of parsley
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of colorful pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons pork fat
  • 80 g oat in the grain

Preparation

Wash oat in the evening and soak it. In the morning spill that water, wash it and put in the sauce pan. Pour water, heat and let boil few minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat, cover and leave for 15 to 20 minutes. The oat will swallow. Chop spring onion, red pepper and chili pepper and fry little on two teaspoons of pork fat. Then add oat that you squeezed out of the water. Stir few times, add spices (salt, pepper and chopped parsley) and pour into serving plate. Serve with eggs you fried on one teaspoon of pork fat. Your breakfast is ready!
