- 2 small cucumbers
- 1 avocado
- 1 canned tuna in brine
- spices: lemon juice, fresh basil, mashed garlic
Peel cucumbers and cut them into semicircles, add avocado cut into appropriate cubes, then add tuna drained from the brine. Salt per your taste and season with three spices: lemon juice, chopped fresh basil and mashed garlic clove.
If you’re in restriction just skip avocado, or enjoy in this salad for the lunch.
