Bags Of Dough Stuffed With Minced Meat


For the dough:

  • 1,5 cup of rye flour
  • 1,5 cup of integral spelt flour
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of Stevia (one drop, half a tablet)
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 cup of sour milk
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

For the filling:

  • 130 g minced beef meat
  • 1 onion
  • few garlic cloves
  • spices: sea salt, pepper, paprika


For the filling fry little minced meat, then add chopped onion and garlic and briefly fry together. When it’s softened add spices, mix all and remove from the heat. For the dough first mix dry ingredients, then add sour milk and oil, knead the dough and form the ball. If you have time, leave to rest from 15 minutes to half an hour. Then take the small pieces of the dough, form small balls and stretch each on a working surface to get circles and stuff them with per two teaspoons of filling. Then pull the ends toward the center and when you connect them, pull them upwards, then close one centimeter from the top so that it resembles the bags. Arrange them on greased baking tray and bake some 20 minutes on 220 degrees.
