- 1 piece of young cheese (about 125 g)
- 1/2 small bunch of parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed paprika
- pinch of sea salt
Mash young cheese in one bowl using fork and mix with pinch of sea salt. Then finely chop parsley and add to the cheese, as well as dried crushed paprika (more or less depending on your taste). Stir all and serve with some chrono bread and delicatessen.
