Small Bread Of Three Types Of Flour


  • 60 g rye flour
  • 60 g barley flour
  • 30 g buckwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1,5 dl mineral water


Preheat the oven. Mix in a bowl three types of flour with salt and baking soda. Then add oil, mineral water and lemon juice. Mix all and knead the dough, then form a loaf and align it with wet hands. Put in a baking tray baking paper, place the bread on it and make some pattern with the knife on the surface. Sprinkle with little rye flour. Bake on 210 degrees about 20 minutes. Leave to cool a bit and then cut into slices.
