Turkey Balls With Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 350 g turkey meat from breasts
  • 2 onions
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 1 broccoli
  • allowed frying oil
  • sea salt, curry

Preparation

Mince turkey meat. Peel onion, cut into thin cubes and fry on little oil to get nice golden color. Drain off the fat and mix onion with the meat. Add egg white, little curry and salt per taste and mix well. Leave prepared mixture in the fridge about 30 minutes. Then using greased tablespoon take some of the mixture, form the balls and fry on heated oil until get nice golden color. Peel kohlrabi, cut into sticks, divide broccoli into florets and cook vegetables on a steam. Serve prepared turkey balls with cooked vegetables.
