Spaghetti With Pesto Sauce


  • 500 g spaghetti of spelt flour
  • 200 g bacon
  • 100 g young cheese

For basil pesto:

  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons blanched almonds
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • sea salt


Cook spaghetti in salted water, then strain from exceed liquid. Prepare basil pesto: mix in a blender washed basil with olive oil, almonds and garlic. Then add salt and mix again. Pour prepared pesto over the spaghetti and stir. Chop the bacon into strips and fry on a dry frying pan to get nice golden color. Serve spaghetti with pesto sprinkled with fried bacon and grated cheese on a top.
