Simple Bread


  • 50 g rye flour
  • 50 g buckwheat flour
  • 30 g millet flour
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • coarse sea salt and bran for sprinkling


Mix flours, salt and baking soda. Then add oil, mineral water and lemon juice. Mix well all, then take the dough with wet hands, form and put in the baking dish covered with baking paper. Align the upper surface and sprinkle with coarse sea salt and bran. Bake in preheated oven on 210 degrees about 15 to 20 minutes. Let it cool a bit, then cut and serve with butter and young goat cheese, or whatever you like.
