Pizza Bombs


  • 125 g soft spelt flour
  • 125 g integral spelt flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt (Himalayan or sea salt)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 125 ml water
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons olive oil


First mix flour, salt and spices, then add water and oil and knead smooth dough. Make the roller and divide it, first in half, then each half in two parts, so you have 6 parts in total, and make 6 balls from them. Stretch them by length. Fill the middle with the filling of your choice (chopped green peppers, fresh tomatoes, Gouda cheese, ham, bacon…), then roll them and twist the ends to resemble candy wrappers. Put them on a baking paper, grease with little olive oil and bake 25 minutes on 200 degrees in preheated oven.
