Ingredients

  • water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • millet as needed
  • goat sour milk
  • baked pumpkin seeds (pepita)
  • slice of bacon

Preparation

In the evening wash the millet in few waters and leave soaked in cold water overnight. In the morning cook it in two times more water. When start boiling cover it, remove from the heat and leave. So it will save more nutritious things and it will not be overcooked. After ten minutes it’s ready to be prepared. Add fried bacon, roasted pepita and goat sour milk in it, stir all and that’s it. If you don’t want to eat it with dairy products, mix it with eggs. Also a great combination.
