Spicy Grissini


  • 170 g spelt flour
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • pinch of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried mint
  • 70 ml water
  • few tablespoons olive oil


Mix all dry ingredients, then add water. When form the ball grease it well with olive oil. The dough will be specific, rubbery and homogeneous, like play-doh. It doesn’t require to add flour while working with it. Just take a piece of dough and roll it between your fingers or on the working surface. Don’t try too hard about the perfection of the shape, because it is impossible. Bake them on 175 degrees about 25 minutes.
