Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 g integral spelt flour
  • 100 g buckwheat flour
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil (or any other permitted fat)
  • 1,5 dl mineral water

For the filling:

  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 70 g bacon (or more if you want)

Preparation

Knead the dough from listed ingredients and leave to rest 15 minutes. Divide it into two equal parts and stretch them, approximately 30 cm wide and long (just as much as one classic round baking tray). Coat one crust with sour cream and put chopped bacon on it. Then put other crust over that, cut into stripes and twist each and roll up into a spiral. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake on 220 degrees about 25 minutes.
