For the dough:

  • 450 g integral spelt flour
  • 250 ml lukewarm water
  • 100 ml olive oil

For the filling:

  • 3 tablespoons roasted red peppers sauce or tomato sauce
  • 300 g Feta cheese
  • 300 g ham


Pour the flour into bowl and gradually add oil and water and knead the dough. It may take a while that you can think that will never make a dough of it, but … just a little patience. Leave the dough to rest for at least one hour or overnight if you prepared this pie for the morning. Divide the dough into 3 balls and stretch each into circle the size of the baking dish. Then arrange on the principle: crust, filling, crust, filling, crust. If you want you can add eggs, but in that case it’s complex dish which you can consume two times in one month if you’re in restriction. Bake on 220 degrees about 30 minutes.
