Sweet Cones Of Integral Flour

Ingredients

  • 200 g integral spelt flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • pinch of baking soda
  • 5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 80 ml lukewarm water

Preparation

Knead the dough so you’ll mix dry ingredients and then add oil and water. Divide it into ten balls. Stretch each ball into circle (it doesn’t have to be perfect). Then roll the circle around one axis on the outer circumference of the diameter and make a cone. You can use molds for cones if you have, or to make balls of aluminium foil and stuff cones with it. The shape of cones depends of this. Put them on a baking tray covered with a baking paper and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. Stuff them per your wish such as dry plum balls, apple balls, some chrono ice-cream or other sweets according to chrono rules.
