Homemade Fasting Pate


  • 100 g cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 canned tuna in brine
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 6 olives
  • pinch of sea salt and curry
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Put all ingredients into blender or food processor and mix well. Try and add more spices if needed. You can eat any chrono bread or chrono pastry you’ll find on our site.
