  • 300 g spelt flour
  • 100 g rye flour
  • 100 buckwheat flour
  • little caraway and other seeds per wish
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 400 ml lukewarm water
  • 60 g melted butter
  • sesame


Knead the dough from listed ingredients except butter and sesame. As with other doughs, first mix dry ingredients, then add oil and water and knead soft dough. Leave to rest for 15 minutes, then stretch it and grease with melted butter. Cut into stripes, then roll them into rolls and coat each with sesame. Bake in heated oven with fan switched on 225 degrees about 25 minutes.
