Pot With Smoked Ribs


  • 500 g smoked pork ribs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 young garlic or few garlic cloves
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 zucchini
  • little fresh parsley


This is a quantity for three people roughly. Ask the butcher to cut your meat on a smaller pieces. Take the pot of 2 liters and set temperature on medium strength (for example 5 of 9) and prepare the meal from start to finish on it. Pour little pomace olive oil on the bottom and arrange pieces of meat. Leave to fry well on both sides for some 15 minutes. Add onion and red onion you previously cut into rings and chopped young garlic. Then add chopped tomato and zucchini and arrange evenly over the surface of the pot. At the end add few sprigs of fresh parsley. Cover the pot and forget about it for some 45 minutes. Then remove the lid, stir all, add 2 dl water and wait 15 minutes to cook all. Since the smoked ribs are strong and spicy enough you don’t need any more spices.
