Roasted Stuffed Peppers With Cheese And Flax

Roasted Stuffed Peppers With Cheese And Flax

  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 pieces of young cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon flax
  • sea salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • little mineral water per wish
  • 1 teaspoon melted butter

Wash peppers, wipe and cut the part with the stem. Remove the “heart” of peppers with seeds. Mash cheese in the bowl using fork and add little mineral water if it’s too dry. Then add egg white to unite all. Grind flax and add to cheese, as well as mashed garlic. Add salt per taste and butter. Stir all and fill the peppers all the way through. Return them their lids and place them in a baking dish that you greased with pork fat. Cover with foil and put in preheated oven on 210, 220 degrees. Bake until slightly softened, then remove foil and continue baking. On half baking grease peppers with pork fat, very thin, just not to be dry. If they start to become too dark and not sufficiently soft to remove them, cover them again with foil.
