Barley Buns


  • 100 g barley flour
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons psyllium (or 1 egg)
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Knead the dough as any another dough (first mix dry ingredients, then add other). The mixture should be such that it can be easily shaped by hands. Form the buns with wet hands, put them in a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake on 220 degrees for about ten minutes. From this amount of ingredients you will get two buns.
