Hake Fish Soup


  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • one piece of zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • sea salt, pepper, chili
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley
  • 700 g hake
  • chive
  • lemon juice


Chop the vegetable and fry on little olive oil, then add 3 dl of water. Cook for 15 minutes and then mash in a blender or using hand mixer. Add more 7 dl water and when start boiling put pieces of fish fillets in it and cook for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped chive and pieces of lemon.
