  • 1 small chicken file
  • little Dijon mustard
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • few capers
  • zucchini or cauliflower per wish
  • sea salt


Tenderize little chicken meat using meat mallet, cut into stripes or cubes, grease with olive oil and fry it additionally adding water on moderate temperature. If you have large frying pan you can grill zucchini on the other side of the pan. If you opt for cauliflower then cook them in salted water and make puree from it. In the meantime put in some jar little mustard, olive oil, lemon juice and few capers. Close the jar and shake it to get thick but not airy sauce. Pour sauce over the meat and vegetable and enjoy.
