  • 15 g rye flour
  • 15 g buckwheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium
  • little mineral water just to get mixture denser than for pancakes, so you can shape it with your hands
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
  • little, little sea salt


This is the exact measure to get one bun of 60 grams. If you want to make more, increase proportions of ingredients. Mix all dry ingredients, the add oil and water to make the dough which is denser then for pancakes and that you can form easily with your wet hands. Form bun, sprinkle with seeds per your wish and bake for ten minutes on 220 degrees.
