Yellow Bell Peppers With Goat Cheese And Dill

Ingredients

  • 2 – 3 yellow bell peppers
  • 1 piece of goat cheese
  • 1/4 bunch of dill
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 egg white
  • pinch of sea salt

Preparation

Wash yellow bell peppers and cut into halves but to remain the stem. In a bowl mash cheese with fork, add egg white, pinch of salt and mashed garlic. Finely chop dill and add to mixture. Stir all well and stuff halves of peppers and arrange in a baking dish. Next to them you can put slices of chrono bread to bake them little. Put in preheated oven and wait until the cheese begins to melt, and the bread to be crispy, it’s over.
