  • 4 dl water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • millet as needed


When the water start to boiling, reduce temperature and while constantly stirring gradually add millet. When thick enough, but not too much, stop adding, but continue stirring at an even lower temperature. Let it cook a bit, remove from the heat and transfer to the bowl. Then you can add what you like: bacon, ham, cheese, sour milk, seeds…
