Flatbread With Olives


  • 100 g rye flour
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 olives
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


Mix in a bowl flour, salt and baking powder. Add mineral water and oil and mix well. Chop olives and also add to mixture. Put baking paper on a baking tray, transfer dough on it and align with wet hands. Put in preheated oven on 210 degrees and bake about 15 minutes.
