Coconut Cake Without Flour


  • 150 g coconut powder
  • 12 g baking powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 300 g melted butter
  • 300 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 g chocolate with 70% cocoa
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • coconut flour for rolling


Mix coconut flour with baking powder and salt. Foamy whisk eggs with agave syrup and then add melted butter in it. Then gradually add mixture of flour in it. Add Greek yogurt and mix until become compact and dense. Pour into baking dish (26 x 26 cm) covered with baking paper or greased and floured. Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven on 150 degrees, then increase the temperature to 180 and bake for more 20 minutes. While biscuit cools make cream dip. Melt on a steam 100 g chocolate, 100 g butter, 2 tablespoons agave syrup and 100 ml coconut milk. Cut biscuit into cubes, dip in chocolate cream and roll into coconut flour.
