Baked Eggs With Polenta Made From Rye Flour

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons rye flour
  • 2 eggs
  • piece of mozzarella
  • 20 g butter
  • sea salt and pepper
  • 2 dl water

Preparation

Pour 2 dl of water in a sauce pan, add butter before start boiling, then gradually add flour constantly stirring until get compact mixture of desired density. Then add salt and pepper and mozzarella. Grease baking dish with butter, pour mixture in it (up to half) and add per one egg in each. Add little more mozzarella on a top of egg and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees about 10 minutes.
