Spread With Smoked Trout And Chives


  • smoked trout filet (baked)
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 bunch of chives
  • little lemon juice
  • pinch of sea salt


Remove the skin from the trout and chop it with your fingers. Put the fish into bowl, add sour cream, little lemon juice and pinch of sea salt (of course if the trout isn’t salt enough). Chop the chives and add to the bowl with other ingredients. Choose some pastries that are convenient for dipping.
