Small Bread With Turmeric


  • 120 g rye flour
  • 30 g oat flour
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 ml mineral water
  • seeds for sprinkling


As for each pastry mix flours, salt, baking powder and spices. Mix well, then add oil and water. It is recommended to do everything in the evening, then leave to ferment and in the morning before baking just to add baking powder. Transfer the dough into baking dish covered with baking paper. Grease little and sprinkle with seeds. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes on 210 degrees. Then remove foil and bake for more 20 minutes on 200 degrees, depending on the oven. Use toothpick to check is it baked.
