Crackers With Sesame


  • 50 g rye flour
  • 50 g buckwheat flour
  • 50 g spelt flour + for sprinkling
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream + little for coating
  • 1 dl lukewarm water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • sesame for sprinkling


Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add water and sour cream and mix all well using tablespoon. Sprinkle flour on a working surface, transfer the dough on it and knead. It should not be hard, but not too soft. Add more flour if the dough is sticky. Stretch into rectangle, apply a thin layer of sour cream and sprinkle with sesame and press it little. Cut into tiles, arrange them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Put in preheated oven and bake about fifteen minutes on 200 degrees.
