Ingredients

  • app. 2 dl water
  • 3 tablespoons buckwheat flour
  • 50 g bacon
  • 1/2 small onion
  • little chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons kaymak or clotted cream
  • little sea salt if bacon isn’t salt enough

Preparation

First chop bacon, onion and chili pepper. Put all in a frying pan to fry a bit. In one sauce pan put water to boil and then add flour while stirring all the time. When add all flour let cook little constantly stirring. Then add fried ingredients and stir all. If not salt enough you’ll add little sea salt. Add one tablespoon of kaymak in the mixture and other on a top. If you’re not in restriction you can combine this with fried eggs. Then, it’s real bomb.
