Mini Waffles


  • 100 g rye flour
  • 20 g barley flour
  • 1,5 dl water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • little olive oil


Mix flour and salt, then add water and oil. Knead the dough, then transfer it on a floured working surface and knead more. It should be non sticking and not too solid. Divide dough into equal parts and flatten them with your palm. Heat the waffle maker and put prepared discs in it. Bake them until become crispy.
