Crispy Mini Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons buckwheat flour
  • 1 dl mineral water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of baking soda (not mandatory)

Preparation

Mix in a bowl flour, salt and baking soda. Then add mineral water and mix all. Put in a frying pan one teaspoon of pork fat and little butter and when melted reduce temperature. In one part break eggs and in other pour mixture for mini pancakes. They are fried faster then eggs, so you’ll turn them all and fry until eggs are fried. Pour one tablespoon of mixture for one pancake. They will be crispy due to fat from the frying pan.
