Scrambled Eggs With Bacon And Spinach Pesto

Ingredients

  • few thin slices of bacon
  • handful of spinach
  • little olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • sea salt per taste

Preparation

Heat the frying pan and put bacon in it. Fry it a bit, whisk two eggs and pour over the bacon. Cover and wait to be fried. In a meantime wash spinach and put into blender together with garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix to get pesto. Put one part over the fried eggs and save other part to combine with some fish or chicken breasts for dinner.
