  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1,5 teaspoon sesame
  • sea salt
  • oregano


In chrono diet almost everything can be eaten, especially when you are not in the restrictive phase of weight loss. But sometimes it all gets bored. So you can experiment with spreads. This time it’s sesame and butter. First melt butter little, just to soften. In a meantime roast sesame on a dry pan just to slightly darken. Wait to cool and add to butter. Then add sea salt and oregano per taste. If you’re not planing to go outside after breakfast you can add some garlic powder in it.
