Pancakes With Sour Cream


  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons allowed flour
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 dl mineral water
  • 1/2 dl ordinary water


First whisk the egg, add part of flour and salt, then mineral water, the other part of flour and ordinary water. Then add oil. How much water you’ll add depends of type of flour. When you get desired density fry pancakes in a pan. From this amount you can get three pancakes. Fill them with sour cream and turkey breasts, roll in and enjoy. If you’re in restriction skip sour cream due to combination of egg and diary product and use some other spread.
